Acupuncture & Sound Meditation

Acupuncture and sound meditation are a wonderful way to balance and restore vital energy to the body. If you are feeling stressed, fatigued, anxious, or disconnected from yourself, these sessions can bring healing and transformation to these, and many other symptoms.

Join Breannah for this hour long sessions in our calming group space. We will begin with a small discussion and setting the tone for the session, follow by guided breathing and the application of acupuncture points. Then while participants relax, the session is taken to a state of deep relaxation with the use of crystal and Tibetan bowls, drumming, chimes, rain sticks, and other therapeutic sounds
