Meet Breannah
Hey there!
My name is Breannah, and I am a Registered Acupuncturist and have been the practitioner behind ACUlove NB for 4 years now. I recently opened my own wellness space, called Souluma, you might know of it ;)
I am a mom of two sweet little boys, and a fierce advocate for women and their health. I hold a BSc from Dalhousie university and focused my studies on Neurology (psych and bio). I then pivoted education and career paths away from Western medicine, and studied Acupuncture and TCM for 3 years. I am specialized in Fertility, Perinatal, and pediatric Acupuncture as well.
I have always wanted to work in health care, and while that has not changed over the years, the “how” has. From a young age I have always loved to challenge the norms, and that is no different for my practice now. I challenge the way women’s health concerns are often minimized or overlooked (especially when it comes to menstruation), and help my patients find new ways to understand and relate to their body.
From a practice perspective, my goal is to provide a truly modern healing experience, with the most effective, compassionate, and comfortable treatment as possible. I want to emphasize reconnecting with our mind, body, and soul to allow healing that creates positive and profound ripples through your entire life. Being stuck in a loop of treatment, illness, and different practitioners is not the purpose of our life, but we can end up that way if we don’t examine all the facets of our selves, and the impact the world has on them.
